Its Howl-O-Ween Time!
Our Happy Howl-O-Ween Event is going on October 26th 2013, from 2pm to 4pm. You won’t want to miss great complimentary samples of Fromm and Oma’s Pride dog food. Representatives will be here fulfilling taste buds and answering any question about their products. Do you have a picky dog? This is a great opportunity to learn more about what your dog is eating and how important a healthy diet is.
The best part about our Happy Howl-O-Ween Event is the costume contest! Dress your pooch in their Halloween best and join us. Meet us on the Village Green near Leaps & Bones with your pet in costume. Make sure to enter your dog into the contest. Registration ends at 3:30 pm and the winner will be announced at 3:45 pm. The dog must be present and in costume during this time. Also, visit Renee and The River 105.9 for chances to win great prizes! We can’t wait to see you and your furry friends.
Julie’s Barks and Bubbles will be clipping nails for a $5.00 donation. Make sure your dog’s paws are looking good before strutting their stuff. Julie Lund is an experienced and certified professional groomer.
Howl-O-Ween Tricks and Treats
It wouldn’t be a true Howl-O-Ween event without Tricks and Treats. Visit the trainers of Happy Dogs at Home to kick off the treating. Trainer Jan Nasiadka has 12 years experience rehabilitating and training.
In search of a new pal?
Interested in adopting a new furry family member? Volunteers from the Sadie Mae Foundation and Big Fluffy Dog will be at the event. This is the perfect time to speak with a volunteer and find out more about adopting. Both rescue groups are 501c3, meaning that they are a nonprofit organization. Adopting a dog doesn’t always mean that you’re adopting and old dog. Many rescue groups and shelter have dogs of all ages, so if you’re possibly interested in adopting or even just have general questions feel free to ask.
